I was sweet and everything, gave him a free chit for being busy and having had a hectic day at work.

He instead booked me for tomorrow, day after and the day after that.

And we might meet up after hours, tonight

- We met for the first time yesterday for coffee, and then later at night.
  Today, he forgot about dinner (or whatever) but we hope to meet after hours.
  Over the next three days, we hope to meet some time or the other, each day.
